Description
Honey is back for 2024!!!
Pure lavender honey just as the bees made it.
Pure lavender honey requires perfect timing and agricultural isolation.
Lavender crops do not need bees so the bee keeper must bring the hives to the field intentionally at just the right time.
Bees and the honey supers are monitored for 3-4 weeks during the height of the lavender bloom, ensuring that the honey produced is only from the bees foraging on the lavender blooms.
This year we partnered with a local youth entrepreneur, Joren Siebens, from Honeyslope Bees.
Half of all honey sales support Joren’s fees for downhill ski racing with the Mission Ridge Ski team.
