Lavender balsamic vinegar performs well by itself on a salad or as a dip for bread. It really shines when added to a glaze or reduction.
Our favorite dishes to use with the reduction are poultry, pork, and seasons veggies like zuchinni.
This balsamic is not to sweet or too tangy, it is perfectly balanced somewhere in the middle.
